Praise to thee, our Alma Mater,

 College football is perhaps my favorite sport. My son Jonathan is 12, and is just now starting to *get* the whole rivalry thing between teams. Add to that the fact that the Nebraska Cornhuskers have now joined the Big 10, and have a lot more to cheer about this year.

My husband Daniel is a die-hard Husker, born in bred in the Great State of Nebraska. I’m divided, having done my undergrad at Wisconsin and my graduate work at Nebraska. I guess I just like the colors red and white!

Tonight is Wisconsin’s season debut, playing UNLV. Go Badgers!!
